King’s College brings home gold at ICC Rowing
King’s College celebrated an extraordinary day on the water at the recent Inter-Collegiate (ICC) Rowing Regatta, claiming both the men’s and women’s overall championships.
The achievement was a showcase of the dedication, discipline, and commitment of the King’s College Boat Club; whose crews delivered outstanding performances across the entire season. From the opening races of the day through to the final events, King’s crews demonstrated remarkable consistency and athleticism.
The women’s squad set the tone early, securing victories in the Women’s First Four, Second Four, Third Four, Fifth Four and Sixth Four. The Fourth Four finished second, delivering a strong performance and contributing valuable points. The men’s crews were equally impressive securing a clean sweep – placing first in every men’s event.
