Commencing construction in late 2009, the Centenary Building Project incorporates a five level state of the art architecturally designed building. Featuring three levels of accommodation with 39 new bedrooms, the capacity of the College will increase to nearly 300 students. Each level will include laundry, bathroom and common room facilities with disability access.

In addition a new undercover terrace off the current dining room known as the McCulloch Watson Terrace will provide diners with views overlooking the Brisbane River and Centenary Lawn. A new gymnasium and recreation room will complement the accommodation providing students with some of the best Residential College facilities in Australia.

The total cost of this Centenary Building project is expected to be in excess of $8 million. As a result of the wonderful support from the College Community an amount of almost $700,000 has now been committed but we need your support to reduce the College’s borrowings.
